We inaugurated a Hub of Excellence in Salesforce to integrate our CRM and Contact Center solutions

Today we announced the launch of a Hub of Excellence in Salesforce solutions. In this way, we delve into the integration of Salesforce technology, around its main services and clouds, as well as its integration with the main contact center solutions, especially by enhancing Service Cloud Voice the Salesforce solution to respond to the management of the voice, productivity and artificial intelligence in the agent position.

We have more than 30 professionals trained in different roles (such as administrator, consultant or developer, among others), certified to deploy Salesforce solutions at the highest level of excellence. This team will thus reinforce a portfolio of omnichannel customer experience solutions, applied to agent management, quality monitoring, voice analysis or natural language process, with a consulting approach that maximises business value.

This announcement involves combining our portfolio of solutions and experience in the field of customer relations, with all the potential of a benchmark in the digital economy such as Salesforce, which offers capabilities focused on the collection and analysis of information to personalise and optimising the customer experience, identifying trends and anticipating opportunities, allowing for continuous improvement of the products and services offered.
