AI & Digital Transformation Consulting

AI transformation needs a method before it needs technology.
AI adoption is accelerating, but scaling it requires far more than activating new tools. Poorly designed processes, fragmented data, objectives that are difficult to measure or a lack of oversight criteria can turn promising initiatives into pilots that never reach production.
At Evolutio, we start with the business: we analyse your digital ecosystem, identify the journeys with the greatest potential and design a roadmap that connects processes, data, architecture, governance and adoption. Technology is selected afterwards, according to the use case and the expected outcome.
From assessment to evolution
The first phase of the AIX Framework
Our consulting practice is the entry point to the AIX Framework. We begin by assessing and redesigning; the organisation can then move towards automated deployment, continuous testing, real-time monitoring and AI-oriented analytics.
Two roles are particularly relevant at this stage. The AI Orchestration Architect defines how use cases, agents and models are distributed. The Process Architect reviews the process before automating it, avoiding the transfer of existing inefficiencies into an AI layer.
The result is a roadmap that establishes what to automate, what to keep under human oversight, what data each use case requires and how to measure its impact.
Consulting & Development
Assessment, processes, data, architecture and governance.
Automated Deployment
Agent deployment and orchestration.
Automated Testing
Continuous validation of behaviour.
Real-Time Monitoring
Monitoring of interactions and compliance.
AI-Oriented Analytics
Learning and new use cases.
Consulting capabilities
Six areas to turn AI ambition into an executable plan
Our consulting work translates into specialist capabilities that can be delivered independently or as part of an AIX programme. Not every journey requires the same level of change: we prioritise those that combine business value, data feasibility and a genuine ability to adopt.
Customer Journey Optimisation
We identify friction points and redesign end-to-end journeys around measurable impact.
Optimise your journeys >Cloud Adoption for Contact Centres
We assess maturity and define the roadmap towards AI-ready cloud platforms.
Define your roadmap >Agent Optimisation
We combine analytics and AI to release human capacity and improve operations.
Enhance your operations >Employee Experience Optimisation
We analyse tools, adoption and workflows to reduce friction in the digital workplace.
Improve the digital experience >Optimised Customer Experience Management
We integrate processes, technology and metrics to operate experience as a system.
Manage the experience >AI Governance and Responsible Adoption
We define autonomy, oversight, traceability and responsible-use criteria for each case.
Define the limits of autonomy >Prepare before you automate
Data and governance determine how far autonomy can go
Before recommending autonomous agents, we assess data quality, accessibility, traceability and governance. We also define decision boundaries: what an agent can resolve, when it must request confirmation, and which situations need to be escalated to a person.
This preparation layer is critical because an agentic experience requires reliable context and clear rules for action. Governance is not added at the end as a compliance control: it is part of the use-case design from the outset.
External research reinforces this approach: Genesys identifies data readiness and the ability to scale AI among the key CX challenges for 2026, while Deloitte advocates specific channel-readiness assessments for agentic systems.
From assessment to action
From opportunity to a roadmap ready for production
At Evolutio, we support transformation from assessment through to continuous improvement. Our specialist technical offices connect strategy and execution so the roadmap does not remain a presentation: every initiative must have an owner, architecture, data, risk criteria, metrics and a next decision.
Consulting ends when there is enough clarity to take action: modernise customer experience, personalise with data and AI, enhance the digital employee experience, or evolve voice and network infrastructure.
The objective is not to produce an isolated AI strategy, but to ensure every initiative is ready to progress towards design, implementation, operations and continuous improvement.
